Civil Justice's Lawyer Referral Service
Civil Justice maintains the only statewide lawyer referral service in Maryland.
Unlike many lawyer referral services, Civil Justice does not charge callers for this service. Those in need of legal help can:

Search the directory below of Civil Justice members by county and practice area;

Fill out an online intake form, or

Call 443-853-1011 to speak with a CJ staff member. Callers will be screened for eligibility for one of Maryland’s free legal services organizations. If a caller is not eligible for free legal assistance, our staff can refer the caller to Civil Justice’s network of attorneys.
